Enforce a Message to Call Ratio to prevent
users from entering the Door Menu unless they

File Request Processor for WC! This wcx file
will process File Requests from a user on ANY
NET that you have set up in your FTSC Mailer,
including the Internet using Fido<>Gateway.
The Processor will reply to File Requests and
