    There's the expected NON-ANSWER.
What's the address / connect info for your BBS?
It's a very simple question, even for you. Can you answer it?

I run 3 bbses. i used to run 4. I took down my renegade bbs that i took over from reaper because I didn't enjoy running renegade.

Haha! Sure you do. I believe that... <NOT>.

You are not welcome on my bbses for life.
    Persona non grata.

Oh no! Whatever will I do? I'm SURE I'm missing out on several of the
BEST (imaginary) BBSes to have ever been online! I'm all broken up!

Just an FYI, your editor appears to be misconfigured and is including
what I think are so-called "Soft CRs" (0x8D) in the message text.

SCFG has an option to convert or strip "Soft CRs" automatically, but
it's usually better if your editor didn't include them in the first

yeah i know, i figured you'd say something. quikedit (formerly ice edit)
does that sometimes when you move around and make changes in the text. i
had a way of fixing it back in the day. i'm not sure what i did though
because it was like 20 years ago.

i usually just use fsedit but it acts wonky for me sometimes when i go back
    and edit changes.

Just configure the editor in SCFG to strip or convert them. That's a fine fix. --

I just figured they were not on your list, "too," which would include other places you'd rather not travel.

FWIW... I was using Open Edit for a while, and had some weird problems. First the selectable taglines interface stopped popping up on saving a message, then longer messages started getting truncated.

I switched to QuikEdit, it had nag screens because it's shareware, but otherwise worked really nicely. I'm now on IceEdit 2.35 because a key is available. I understand that QuikEdit is 'newer' though, so if a registered version of that is available, paid or otherwise, I'd be keen!

Works really nicely with Ezycom, and looks slick too!

    Cheers,

yeah i talked to tiny. he said the code got screwed up when he removed the
    reg scheme from saberedit.

so i am going to be uploading registered saberedit to vert and
quickedit registered should be on vert right now.
so you can get it from there.

quikedit is real nice though, i would recommend that.
