Does Synchronet have post validation abilities?

I'm not going to become the post police for my users. They're responsible for the content they post. If issues crop up then I will deal with the user.

Validating messages would have made you a publisher and liable for
content that you validate, as well. That was the legal stance online
services took in the 1980s - they couldn't possibly be liable for
content on their systems. Although I suppose section 230 of the CDA
applies to BBSes now.
