Update README and source for post-quantum KEX methods
Add mlkem768x25519-sha256 and sntrup761x25519-sha512 to the
algorithm table, draft references, and registration example.
Fix draft references to use current WG drafts
(draft-ietf-sshm-ntruprime-ssh, draft-ietf-sshm-mlkem-hybrid-kex)
instead of superseded individual submissions.
