Example server: fork per connection, 60s session timeout
Server now forks on accept and handles multiple concurrent
connections. SIGALRM enforces a 60-second session timeout via dssh_session_terminate. SIGCHLD reaps children. Host keys
generated once before the accept loop.
Shell command parser: ping, quit, exit (+ undocumented diediedie
which SIGTERMs the parent to shut down the server).
