I don't care about their celebrating Cinco de Mayo. They can celebrate `Judas Priest' Day for all I care.


But getting huffy, and sometimes even violent, over Americans displaying the American Flag on Cinco de Mayo day, is unacceptable behavior. And if you lived out here a while, you'd know they don't do stuff like that in the same spirit as Irish-Americans do St Patrick's Day. Cinco de Mayo celebrations out here have some sinister overtones to it.

The vast majority of hispanics who are here legally, illegally ,or whatever, don't want to `be' Americans....they just want to be `citizens', or have the same privileges of citizens. But they do not want to be `Americans'. We don't need people like that here. We already have enough `devisiveness' to go
around.


And one of the worst advocates of that `devisiveness' is now in the White House!

The A600 is significantly less powerful of course, but it was just small enough

to stuff into a rucksack. I brought it with me from the U.K.

Found our conversation 2011 and got a good laugh out of it.

I am happy to report in 2015 that I have a Amiga 1200 which I am loving the heck out of with Terminus. Great BBSing machine. :)

2014 was the year I put away the Atari 800, just simply couldn't get a decent term program running on that 8 bit machine, and picked up an Amiga 500 and then

when I had sunk all that money into the 500... was offered a 1200 at a good price. :P

Funny how these things work out.

depends of how much data you want to loose :=)

2^32-1, just like linux one can make a /boot partion less then 4GB and use rest

as a 2nd partion with nsd extension support that should have being done in kickstart 4.x when it comes, seem that its more or less some bugs in partion that get lost by invalid data :/

I don't plan to upgrade my A600 beyond Kickstart 2. I
did like datatype support in Workbench 3 but it doesn't make sense to put money

into a machine this old, even one that I like. That said, if I found an '060 accelerator board for it I might be tempted! ;-)

well os3.9 do need 3.1 roms to softload the remain 512k patches :=)

if its a std a600 without ram expander, its not much ram left

amiga roms should be replace bar in a fast way sadly the kickstart disk system got dropped to fast :(

but a1000 could not kickstart load a 2048K floppy anyway :=)

impressive how specs got losts in design so fast
