I'm tempted to take a thin client that boots into DOS and Windows CE
as an antique box. It doesn't have a floppy drive, and the flash
memory isn't removable so I'm not sure how I'd be able to get files
onto it.

There isn't a USB storage driver for DOS, is there? or a USB floppy
driver for DOS?
I wonder if I could boot with a bootable USB stick into DOS and copy
the files over to the filesystem from there?
