    That would certainly make a good selling point for physical security.

    There's a co-location facility in my area called Hurricane
    Electric. They do some interesting things, like offering an IPV6 to V4
    tunneling service.

    They used to be co-resident with Bay Alarm company, their parent
    company - they were Bay Alarm's in-house hosting that was spun off.
    Nice pedigree for local security.
