Title: Yogurt Cornbread

Yield: 9 servings
1 c Yellow cornmeal
1/4 c A-P flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
1 lg Egg; lightly beaten, room
- temp
1 c Plain yogurt
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1 tb Honey
Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
Combine the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl,
combine remaining ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients
just until moistened. Pour into an 8" square baking dish
coated with cooking spray. Bake until a toothpick comes
out clean, 16-20 minutes.
