Winter squash;
- wedges to serve 4
10 sm Onions (5 md); steamed
1 tb Margarine
1 tb Flour
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Cheese; grated
Salt, pepper & paprika
Bake squash wedges at 350?F for about 40 minutes. Steam onions on
rack over boiling water for 30 minutes. Melt margarine; mix with
flour and gradually add milki. Blend in cheese and seasonings,
stirring continually. Spoon hot sauce and onions over squash wedges.
