1 c Beets; grated
1 c Radish; grated
1/4 c Fresh coconut; grated
2 ts Sesame salt
Cabbage or lettuce leaves;

Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves on a platter. Sprinkle with sesame
salt. Now arrange the grated beets and radish in alternate layers to
form a wheel pattern. First the raddish on the outside of the wheel,
then the beets. Place the grated coconut in the hub of the wheel and
serve.
