Title: Sago Payasam 2 (Jaffna Style)

1 c Mung beans; roasted
2 c Brown sugar
1/2 lb Sago
2 tb Ghee
3 c Milk or coconut milk
Cashews
1/8 ts Cardamom powder
Raisins
Boil the beans in 3 cups water until soft, then add the sago and stir
for 15 to 20 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Add the sugar and
stir well, then add cashews (roasted in ghee) and other ingredients.
