    since perl works outside Linux aswell

    Exactly! Certainly, that's one of the main reasons why I use it. And the
    echo itself has always been for anyone who uses it.




    just a note to who it might consern :)


    And I'm certainly concerned about it...

    no, just found linux is not specific needed to run perl, and i have resolved this localy here with remove the word linux, all well again :)

    i long time ago created a forward list from his areafix, so the description might now not be in sync with world echolistning :/

    I netmailed him about it & I think he's going to change it. ('Course, there's no telling how long that'll take to get around...<g>)


    i really need a perl to update this in husky so it is if possibble

    I've been thinking about putting a husky system together again, especially so I could experiment with Perl related things, but I haven't been able to get any of the versions to build properly on the systems I'm running...
