Connect the dots. Do you see the problem with this?
I went to a board meeting last night and a city councilwoman excoriated them in their faces, then I did, then my wife did, then an education
major from the local university did the same, all for different but
valid reasons. It's so f'n ridiculous I can't even laugh about it
anymore.

But school board is usually an elected position. So why not vote them out?
But now we have the real reason idiots get elected: Everyone smarter
than them are already doing real jobs and don't have the time. The only people who run for school boards are the useless, ignorant Elitists who, literally, can't do anything productive.

Those elections aren't held on election day, and the only way to find
out about them is by word of mouth. If I can find the bottom of my list
of complaints I'll add that to it.
That's the case with all elections. It's rare to see an intelligent
person run for office.

Ya, that's something we need to fix across the board.
Career politicians are bad. But no one who wants to be a representative is also bad.

My wife thinks that our rep (Josh Riley D-NY) is an undercover patriot because he has ties to pro-Israel lobbying groups, but I doubt it. He didn't need a Democrat label to get elected, so therefore he's wearing
a badge of dishonor.
