You did things the correct way. Or else your church is really good at explaining things. I will admit this: I don't get church. I get that we pray together and I love that, but I understand about 8% of the stuff that you understand, and thanks for explaining all these things. You would be a kick ass Faith Formation teacher.

Christians use BOTH because there is context and prophecy in the old testament about Jesus, and more, but this is the main reason.

That sounds interesting! I didn't know that. There were clues that Jesus was coming?

Missal is the important word... If you open your Missal up on the corresponding day that you are in church it will give you a play by play
for that day, readings and whatnot.

I've tried to follow the book, but I don't think my church is ever in sync with it. So then I just participate as much as I know how to.

Lets get back to politics before we trigger some liberals again!!!

Interesting!!! I told you that I helped someone get their Green Card,
well she has a stepson who is a bit of a political nut... Loves Trump and
at 15 he goes to school with his red MAGA hat.

Oh yea, please pass the word to that awesome young man. Things might have changed a bit since the early 80s but Trump is the most generous president I've ever seen so I'm confident that his administration has something special for the kids.

My daughter also turns 16 this summer. It's kinda sad but it's also great to watch them grow.
