    New beta is online!

New: it has a complete new editor interface...

There is no sign of an update. Does that work different in beta then it does as a full fledged app?

Joe you dont see that you need to update again via developers mode then you need to get v8.2..

As long i put the app in my developers portal into draft other users that are not registered as a beta tester can not download then via developers mode. As long i dont send the app into reveiw into the developer portal for testing with BlackBerry guys himself other user never can download them.

I found it. and installed it. The big problem now seems to be that I can get the mail from my boss node, but apparently Raptor is not depositing the mail on my system from my point node. At least so it seems. I do not see any of the mail I wrote on the BB here in the echo.

    Hi Joe,

This is you dont need to forgot! When you download the beta in developers mode and you get soon a notice of a new version into BlackBerry World dont update then you will have a older version like 1.8 and your beta 8.2 will be overwrited!

Joe what do you mean? you can poll your boss? do it not toss your mail? or you dont see the echo's into the reader?

Sorry i dont understand what you mean....

When you write e echomail you need to go back on the list for a renew of the screen this is normoly then you should see it...

I can write messages on the Z30, but when I read the echo on my PC, I do not see those messages. I will have to check the log files again, but I also do not see any file transfere during the connection to the boss node. It connects just fine though. Maybe you see the messages I wrote on the phone???

Joe can you see the echomail on your Z30 in the echo?

Make also shure that your password is correct dont use a package password Portal dont support that and never will not possible on BlackBerry to code that. the SDK dont alow that... sorry...

Not sure what you mean with a package password. I use the same password I used for Aftershock to connect with my boss node. That works according to the screen. Node response to given password: secure.

When you connect via Portal you see a log scroll on the screen when you keep look on that you can move it up and under on the screen check there if it was send out on your system if it was send out your settings are ok then you need to check your boss...

There is no transfer of mail going out. I do have incoming.

Keep me up to date please! thanks!

    OK

This is all written on the PC, and not on the Z30.

Do portal toss icoming? check this on your echomail you see 3 ponts on the right corner check the settings there it is not set to local this can happen when the update was not corrected becoss it:s compiled with SDK 3.1 and the new firmware only runs on a passport in januari BlackBerry will release it also on the Z30... Joe i send some screenshots tomorow via FB how you check the settings will be easer for you!

yes I have incoming. and yes, it was set to local. if you get this one then it is fixed

And yet I see the To field before the From field. Also, messages I write, are not imported into the boss node probably because of seenby, so I have no idea how they look on a PC :)
