I gotta say, after dealing with orphaned or semi-supported software for
most of the time I've run my BBS, seeing the amount of support and development Synchronet has going on makes me happy.
I upgrade using sbbs_dev.zip/sbbs_run.zip, and watch the commit logs to
find a quiet time to upgrade - lately, there have been times that I keep pushing it out a day at a time as I see more commits that I'd want to capture...

Some sysops perfer to keep ahead with continuous development and others sit and wait for the next big release. I guess you fall in the middle.

on the weekends and I have some time by myself to kill - that's upgrade
time for me... :)
