    Network Support. Should have worked on router and switches
    · Should be well conversant with Lab Service Desk tasks such as creating, assigning and tracking Remedy Ticket .
    · Telecom background preferred
    · Excellent Communication skills. Willing to work in a team of 20-30 people
    · Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge
    · Should know how to create reports using excel
    · ITIL certified and or CCNA qualified preferred
    · Base location will be Kansas. No travel or very little travel anticipated ( 1 -2 days a month )
    Position would be Based in Overland Park, Kansas
