Hey Alice!
An old school pkt header as per fts-0001.016. If this works then this
is one of the rare fidonet nodes that can live up to published
standards ... as far as I am aware of that is.
Also should be unbounded paragraphs. The only new fangled thing is
the extra-special datetime stamp at the top of the message.

Fantastic. Did you notice the pkt header? It indeed follows the ***ONLY*** published standard pkt header. It has been a very long
time since that last happened.
