Dense overcast skies will dominate Monday morning with drizzle developing across coastal areas during the early hours. The overcast will gradually break to mostly cloudy or partly cloudy conditions by afternoon, with the best clearances inland and to the south. Scattered drizzle will ease through the day as winds strengthen from the southeast, reaching 25-40 kph across most areas with gusts to 47-55 kph, strongest along western coasts. Temperatures will rise from overnight lows of 6-7C to afternoon highs of 13-15C, warmest inland. Wind will remain brisk into the evening with partly to mostly cloudy skies persisting.

Overnight, cloud will thicken again from the west with drizzle returning to coastal districts. Winds will ease slightly but remain fresh from the southeast at 15-30 kph with gusts to 36-43 kph.
