Some early brightness in the north may persist through midday before thickening cloud brings precipitation more widely. Conditions turning damp and misty later, especially near higher ground and Atlantic coasts. Temperatures reaching 11-14?C inland and along coasts, coolest in the north and west. Light to moderate east-southeast winds gradually veering south and easing through the afternoon, becoming light westerly overnight.
