I do not know much about setting up Winpoint, had it running before
but had to reinstall it (again). Now I get the following message using Winpoint 415.0:

I contacted the sysop and he says that I have to set the Password for BinkP and that is all what is needed. In WinPoint -> Options->Uplinks(selected BBS)->Properties I do not see any field to
enter the BinkP password.
Also, ther message ..Sending 329 stays in the Outbound section. Guess
that is because of the password mismatch. ANy help is
appreciated. Thanks Ralf

It's right there, in Properties -> Passwords -> Session

Thanks for the info. I put the password just where you pointed to but still get the error. I have to contact the Sysop again and maybe dump Winpoint and get me a Linux offline reader. Any suggestion?

Check you are entering the password the same as your link.
Session passwords are case sensitive, password is not the same as PASSWORD.Yepp, just like the sysop emailed me.
