  • Fortran interface to Tcl's regex engine

    I have just added this to my github repositories which may be of interest:

    https://github.com/sgeard/regex_f

    It is a self-contained Fortran interface which uses unmodified copies of
    the relevant files from Tcl9.1a. It was created in conjunction with
    Claude 4.6

    That is nice :). I saw your announcement on the Fortran discourse site.

    It might interest you to know thart I have been working on and off on
    a package that connects Fortran and Tcl, using exclusively the Fortran-C interfacing capabilities. It allows you to call Fortran routines from Tcl
    and Tcl commands from Fortran. (It is a complete rewrite of earlier packages with the same aim.)

    Main task right now: get it into better shape and then extend the capabilities,
