    This might have been useful 15 years ago when DVDs were still a thing. I remember doing this on Windows 7 with the built-in DVD Maker.

    Today, people do this on a phone and send it out via text message. DVDs are about as relevant now as floppy disks.

    No need to create a dvd. Video file can be played on TV via usb or on a desktop/laptop.

    Just about all the imagery we deal with nowadays has uniform pixel
    density. DVD-Video was never able to handle that.
