    Mr. Potatohead strikes again.

"Joe Biden Says Making Juneteenth a Federal Holiday Was His Proudest Day
as President – But he Got the Day Confused with Tulsa Massacre"

"Joe Biden absurdly claimed that making Juneteenth a federal holiday was
his proudest day as president – but he got the day confused with the
    Tulsa Massacre.

In 2021, Joe Biden, a lifelong racist, signed a law making Juneteenth a federal holiday.

No one knew what Juneteenth was until recently.

Barack Obama never tweeted about Juneteenth and he never gave a speech
    about the event.

On Friday, Biden said making Juneteenth a federal holiday was his
    proudest day as President:

One of my proudest days as President was signing the law that made
Juneteenth a federal Holiday. The first federal holiday in America since
    MLK Jr. Day.

It was no symbolic gesture. It is a day that celebrates the end of
slavery in this country. America’s original sin.

Now just five years later, this day stands as not only a commemoration of
the past, but a call to action in our time. There is an effort underway
to deny, minimize and erase America’s past. To remove references to
slavery from textbooks and classrooms, from museums and national
    monuments.

America — we must recognize and honor this day. Great nations face their
past. They don’t try to ignore it or rewrite it or bury it. And America
    is a great nation.

Juneteenth is about the end of slavery. It’s also about the unending work
of rooting out racism and creating a more perfect union. It’s about
living up to the sacred American creed: We are all created equal. There
is nothing more American than that.

President Biden signs the law making Juneteenth a federal holiday,
surrounded by lawmakers and supporters in the White House.

In 2020, just one year before making it a federal holiday, Joe Biden had
no clue what Juneteenth was and he actually confused it with the Tulsa Massacre"

You know the MAGAs are running
    away from the latest presidential
    happenings when they resort to
    stale rants about Biden.

    What's next - Hillary cattle
    futures? Kerry's faked medals?

Whitewater? Watergate? No! What could possibly be more on brand for Republicans than Irangate?

Like potato chips, betcha can't read just one!

Trump's tariffs backfired by infuriating voters, small business owners
and our best friends and allies. The SCOTUS ruled them illegal and
now he has to pay them back. The refunds will be paid, when Trump
gets around to it, to the importers of course, but not to their
customers who actually PAID the tax.

His $113B-and-counting Iran war backfired causing all sanctions to be
lifted on Iran which will get a cash boon of somewhere north of $300B
in reparations for the damage we caused.

He let the health care subsidies, $31B worth, lapse to help pay for
    this disaster.

The Iranians get to keep their enriched uranium. Back in Obama's day, Republicans were outraged that he released $13B in frozen assets to
Iran and made a deal with them. They characterized it as a bad deal
despite the facts that inspections were set up and Iran gave up a
quarter of its enriched material while agreeing not to further enrich
beyond civilian grade. Iran also agreed to cool Hezbollah's jets and
Hamas' as well. This is the deal Trump tore up. It was a *much*
better deal than Trump is going to get. Certainly it was cheaper.

Meanwhile, gasoline is up a third in just a few months and that is
driving the slowly rising inflation rate.

The Jan 6 pardons backfired as dozens of them have recrimed, many for
    doing adult things to children.

The Argentina beef imports backfired. They angered farmers and
Trump's policies reintroduced screwworm to the US herd. Beef prices
have exploded, up as much as a third since inauguration day.

Trump's Ukraine policy backfired. From, "you don't have the cards" to
this week's G7 meeting where Trump had to eat crow and ask Zelensky to
deal him back into the game.

His "I defeated inflation" claim backfires every time mom goes to the
grocery store or dad sits down to pay the bills.

The White House ballroom decision backfired because 1) it's not
popular 2) the courts have decided it was illegal 3) roadblocks trying
to block construction are being thrown in his way to slow it down or
    stop it.

He soiled the Kennedy Center by putting his own name on it, packing
the board of trustees with his lackies and then threatened to close it
for two years for "renovations". His name is off the building, it
will NOT close for two years for renovations and canceled acts are
    rebooking their spots.

He told us he would be spending about a million to clean up and paint
the reflecting pool. The price has hit about $16M, the new paint is
peeling, the water is dirtier than ever and the President, in his
infernal wisdom, has decided to jail anybody who picks flakes of paint
off the top of the water for a souvenir.

DOGE backfired in a dozen ways. Total provable net spending cuts?
Under half a billion. But that didn't stop them from firing
experienced employees from agencies across the government thus
crippling important and even critical government functions.

Their AI search for DEI ordered references removed of the Tuskegee
Airmen, who were black, and even the plane that dropped the first
A-bomb on Hiroshima because the plane's name had the word "gay" in it.
This is just an example of symbolic white exultation and non white cancellation.

Among other things, they've dismantled critical departments and labs
at CDC and NIH making it more and more difficult to keep Americans
healthy, only to recant, forced to try to hire them back later.

Instead of layoffs and unemployment, workers were falsely written up
as "fired for cause" not only preventing the collection of
unemployment, but hampering their future job search.

Hegseth's policy of not requiring flu shots for all personnel has come
home to roost. A rare summer flu epidemic at Joint Base San
Antonio-Lackland has sickened over 200 trainees. The Pentagon has
already responded by requiring regular flu shots for all personnel.

Time and again this administration has made "chain saw" decisions that
had to be reversed once the consequences were felt, read: they learned
why those employees were there in the first place and hired them back.

Trump NFTs are worthless and Trump Media has lost 90% of it's value
    since March 2022.

That's just a partial list of domestic failure plus Ukraine. There
are plenty of failures in foreign policy, immigration and regulatory
    agencies I haven listed yet.

Then there's his criminal behavior. His personal fortune has nearly
tripled in a year and a half. His family has made a bundle too as the
Trumps keep skimming and paying off their buddies.

Anybody wants to list the Trump Crime Family's lawbreaking? Anybody
got a cohesive list of his foreign policy blunders?

One more: Hormuz still isn't open. Trump ran his mouth at Iran,
making a bunch of offensive and idle threats. Since the first clause
in the MOU specifically forbids "threats" and "violence", the Iranian,
    quite rightly, left the table.

Has anything Trump touched NOT turned to shit?

This reminds me of Carroll suing him for slander because he ran his
mouth after she won her sexual assault case. Then, while that case
was pending he continued to slander her. And after the court found in
her favor and denied appeal, Trump CONTINUED to run his mouth so she
sued him for slander AGAIN and he finally shut his mouth about her.

One more (I just can't stop)

    EPSTEIN!

... after this word from our sponsor.
