    This is controlled by the receiving telco, nothing you can do about it.

    With O2 I was able to change the number of rings before it went to text
    message by typing in some dialer code beginning with #* or *#, I found
    it on an O2 forum, but this only applied to text message saying "missed
    call from me" it didn't seem to be available for voicemail.
