    Why is it when I turn off my stereo bluetooth it interrupts the feed to
    my headphones bluetooth? They should be separate and not interfere with
    each other?

    Actually this appears to be the reason:

    The Nextron, a CD player and stereo appears to have a stronger grip on
    the bluetooth than the headphones. The reason this makes sense is
    because the headphones are operating on a battery while the Nextron is
    plugged into the wall.
