Well, I guess it's time for me to do this thing again. What thing? The free-games-on-Epic-GameStore thing, of course. How else would you
learn about the freebies? Visit the site yourself? I don't think so!
This requires the sort of expertise only a highly-trained professional
    like myself can provide! ;-)

    * Citizen Sleeper
    https://store.epicgames.com/p/citizen-sleeper-944858
An untraditional RPG, blending bits of visual novel
and strategy but surpassing both genres. It's pretty
text-heavy and very dependent on RNG dice-rolls, it's
lacking the usual epic quest line (being more about day-
to-day survival rather than fighting enemies). It's got
some nice visuals. I'm not sure this is a game I'd
enjoy but it deserves some points for trying something
    different.

    * RoboBeat: Shoot to the Rhythm

Yup, yet another beat-based first-person shooter. The
neon-drenched visuals are sort of neat, but I never
found the mechanics of these games to be all that
convincing... or satisfying. Apparently this game can
import your own music though, so no need to rely on the
developer's taste in music. You can blast goons to the
rhythm of Milli Vanilli if you want. Other than that,
it seems a fairly average example of the genre.

Say what you want about the QUALITY of these games, Epic has been
pretty good in providing QUANTITY, offering two games per weeks for
more than a month now. The Number is grateful.

See you next week for more!

This was enticing enough to me to pick it up on Steam. Not a bad deal
there either: 70% off or a bundle with the sequel for I think 65% off or
    so the both.
