  • Flash drive spare block counter?

    Is there a utility that can check flash drives for
    the number of remaining spare blocks, or perhaps
    the number of blocks not yet written to?

    AFAIK, SMART doesn't deal with flash devices other
    than SSDs equipped for the service. I'm interested
    in SD cards and thumb drives.
