    Since iOS 17 came out in September CarPlay in both my Honda vehicles has been flawless. Finally, this Apple/Honda system is delivering a reliable feature that I use every day.

    Carplay has always worked well. Any problems you had in the past were operator error.

    Works great on all Hondas here. Must be operator error.

    Works great on all Hondas here. Must be operator error.
    Have you ever heard of statistics? You need to look at more than one instance, the more the better, to get a feel for reality.

    Replying to my own message! Yesterday I realized that while CarPlay was seemingly working fine, I was not getting any audio for text messages. I rebooted the iPhone, no effect. Rebooted the car unit, and it was fixed. This might have something to do with the last iOS update that tweaked CarPlay's text message display, enlarging the three response button options.
