Steven Sinofsky suddenly spilled the beans
Steven rattled off a wall of text, lamenting that Microsoft had invented the first ARM-based PCs 15 years ago, but failed to perfect them due to their reluctance to abandon x86. As a result, Microsoft tried to have its cake and eat it, and the ARM experiment failed.
But Apple did what Microsoft couldn't: it released a cheap ARM computer that simply works. And this, in his opinion, is the real reboot of the PC market.
