Hi folks -

Just wanted you all to know that I have setup a finger presence that
allows you to query through arxiv, search, pull up abstracts, and
download the pdf files of submissions from the cozy confines of your
terminal. This is geared for anyone to use, of course, but specifically
those who are working toward a life of digital minimalism and
distraction free computing. I have many other features on this new
service of course, but the relevant one for this and crossposted
newsgroups is for arxiv. And to some extent, wikipedia query.

To access my finger service, you only need to have a finger client on
your terminal, or use a finger service on the web. It shouldn't be tough
to find one of your liking.

For those who use these smolnet protocols, you already know what to
do. Details in my sig.

For those interested in this sort of computing, I hope you enjoy it.
